Morning one, morning all.
I present to you… a Summer Ball!
We invite 12 couples to attend
Our clubhouse for this occasion, we shall lend.
There’s prizes for the best couple, just so you know,
All our welcome… friend or foe.
This event is global, so this is your chance
To meet new people, dress up posh and have a dance!
Our last event maxed our list in 3 days.

CURRENTLY.RECRUITING:-
Ballroom DJ.
We require a DJ with a selection of relaxing Summer songs along with cheesy 80′s Summer tunes to break any ice or tension. You’ll be granted centre stage in your own booth. Don’t just watch the party, be the centre of it!
Photographer.
Anyone can take photos in Home thanks to the new camera function but a helping hand can make all the difference in the quality. We need you to take pictures of each attending couple, and the team, plus photos of the entire group. Ability to video record is most desirable (but not essential).
Judges x 2.
There are positions for one additional male and female judge. After the meet-and-greets have taken place judges will communicate via the chatroom facility at their discretion over the course of the event. 10 minutes before the official ending time one of the judges will declare 3 chosen couples, and then in order from runners up to winner say their names one more time and congratulate them.

LASTLY…SOME GROUND RULES

*Strictly formal! These are the items of clothing we will accept:
__the guys__
Blazers, suit tops, tuxedo, buttoned shirts, suit or sensible bottoms, shoes or boots, bowler/porkpie/top/religious-related hats, regular wrist or head accessories (rings, watches, earrings etc.)
__the gals__
As above + summer tops, summer or dark dresses, heels, stilettos, plimsole shoes, your make-up!
I will at some stage this week or next get this OP updated with some tips for the guys and girls who are unsure of what to bring or where and how to get it.
*Unless you are volunteer staff you are only eligible to attend this event with a partner or friend you are very close to.
*Respect the others’ privacy. While you can see or hear them try not to butt in or be rude to anyone at the event.
*You are free to however introduce yourselves. The meet and greet is in the first 30mins and is intended for this. From there on for your chances of winning and the chemistry of the event, focus on who you picked to go with you 
*All club staff and volunteers are not eligible to win any of the prizes. However, they can still party down when they aren’t busy and invite a guest or partner each

So….that about covers the basics! There’s 5 odd weeks ’til this takes place everyone.
